Jazz Piano

The Jazz Piano, in its acoustic or electric form, is a very important instrument for every form of expression in Jazz, both as part of a musical ensemble and as a solo instrument. Due to its ability to provide both melodic lines and chords, it is used in a wholly orchstrational way which requires the ability for exceptional rhythmic analysis and technique, but also an especially developed ability for improvisation, which is the fundamental characteristic of jazz.

Studies in Jazz Piano are divided into 8 annual levels, the completion of which leads to the complete mastery of the instrument and its theoretical and technical requirements:

  • Levels 1, 2: Basic Class
  • Levels 3, 4: Intermediate Class
  • Levels 5, 6: Higher Class
  • Levels 7, 8: Master Pro Level
